I can’t believe that time has flown by so quickly. March 31st was the last time we blogged and it seems like that was just yesterday. We are continuing to have a great time baking and sharing our delicious goodies.
One Big, Delicious Order
Last week was especially fun because we worked with HSBC Bank—they really know how to take wonderful care of their people! They hosted two beautiful dinner cruises and threw a delightful breakfast at The Ritz-Carlton, Palm Beach. They wanted each of their attendees to have a delicious Red Velvet Cupcake from Sweet Surrender to take home with them, so we were happy to put 575 cupcakes in our adorable frosted boxes and topped each with a beautiful red ribbon.
Just one taste is all it takes I guess, because we’ve received many calls and orders from those who attended the events. As to which of our customers who recommended us to HSBC, it’s a mystery but we are very appreciative!!
Creating Memories With Cupcakes
Great orders don’t always have to be big. We recently delivered our cupcakes and whoopie pies to a woman’s 96th birthday party. She hasn’t been eating much lately, but she did eat her cupcake and the word is, she loved it!
Another great event we did was for one of our favorite customers. He and his mom graduated from college on Saturday and we were so happy to be a part of it by supplying the cupcakes for the celebration.
What I’m loving most about our business is that it’s really not just about cupcakes. It’s about sharing the joys and sometimes sorrows of so many lives that intertwine with Sweet Surrender. It’s a great feeling!
